Garrett and Daryl attended the legendary Roger Gracie’s Seminar at deBeen 100% Jiu Jitsu Headquarters in St Kilda, Melbourne on Wednesday 4th December.

Roger Gracie is a 10 times world champion and regarded as one of the best grapplers of all time.

We are always inspired and humbled by the knowledge and experience of these elite individuals and look forward to sharing all that was learnt at the seminar with our own members when Garrett and Daryl return next week.
