Details:

This workshop is to teach coaches and Muay Thai players to hold pads CORRECTLY. This will be perfect for helping fighters get ready for fights and everyday in-class use. We encourage every Fusion member who attends the Muay Thai classes to attend. Workshop will cover:

* Boxing basics and Thai basics
* Coach-led pad work
* Fighter-led pad work

Cost:

FREE EVENT for Fusion members.
$40 / Non-members.
